For the Massage Chairs, Sanyo, Health Tec, Unix, Fuji, and Takara offer a 30 day money back guarantee. However, customers have to pay all shipping costs.   Panasonic, Popular, and other brands accepted for return will be credited 75% of the invoice prices. All brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects with the product (Within 30 day). After 30 days, all companies offer warranty service.

Bidets and Toilets

For Bidets and Toilets, all bidets and toilets are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, bidets and toilets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene nature.

Electronics

All electronic merchandise accepted for return will be credited at 90% of the invoice price or the current price, whichever is lower. This is to cover handling and restocking costs. Returned merchandise must be in its original carton, complete with all accessories, manuals and must be in re-sellable condition.

Non-Electronics

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for non-electronic products.

All Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Due to manufacturer's policies, some merchandise may not be returnable for any reason. Merchandise that is "close-out" or "special order" is not returnable. Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to JINY ENT., for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by JINY ENT. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.

Returns Date

All return should be completed within 30 days from the order date.

Shipping Damage

All damages made by shipping companies in delivering products to customers will be covered by JINY ENT. We will ship out new replacement units as soon as we verify the shipping companies are returning the old units to JINY ENT.
